Laori Drinks
Laori is a Berlin-based producer of alcohol-free aperitifs and cocktail alternatives, created for people who want complex, adult flavours without alcohol.
Founded in Berlin in 2019, Laori began with a simple question: why were there so few satisfying alcohol-free alternatives to familiar drinks such as a gin and tonic or an aperitif spritz? Looking for something beyond conventional soft drinks and overly sweet mocktails, founder Stella started experimenting in her own kitchen.
Together with food technologist Christian, she developed a range built around fruits, botanicals, herbs and spices, designed to bring aroma, structure and versatility to alcohol-free drinks. Today, Laori offers approachable and flavourful options for spritzes, cocktails and celebrations.

Laori Ruby No. 04
Ruby No. 04 is a bittersweet alcohol-free aperitif with pink grapefruit, orange and Sicilian lemon, balanced by gentian, quassia and thyme.
Its citrus character and refined bitterness make it a great choice for an alcohol-free spritz and an approachable alternative for anyone looking for flavours reminiscent of Aperol or Campari. Mix it with alcohol-free sparkling wine and soda for an alcohol-free Aperol Spritz-style serve, or combine it with tonic for a more bitter aperitif.
Laori Spice No. 02
Spice No. 02 is Laori’s alcohol-free rum alternative, with warm notes of oak, pineapple, coffee and soft vanilla.
Its rich and rounded character makes it especially suitable for drinks that would traditionally use rum. Mix it with ginger beer and lime for an alcohol-free Dark & Stormy-style serve, or use it in other alcohol-free cocktails with deeper, spicier flavours.

Laori Amalfi No. 03
Laori Amalfi No. 03 is a bright and citrus-led alcohol-free aperitif inspired by the flavours of the Amalfi Coast. Lemon and lime meet fresh mint, gentle sweetness and a subtle bitter note, creating a refreshing alternative for lemon-based aperitif drinks.
Designed especially for mixing, Amalfi works beautifully with tonic or alcohol-free sparkling wine for a fresh Lemon Spritz or Limoncello-style aperitif.
Laori Vermouth No. 05
Laori Vermouth No. 05 is an alcohol-free wine aperitif with a full-bodied, floral and spicy character. Made with dealcoholised wine and aromatic herbs including wormwood and gentian, it combines wine-like depth with herbal bitterness and notes of orange.
It works particularly well with tonic or alcohol-free sparkling wine for a Wildberry-style spritz, and can also be used wherever a vermouth-style element is needed in alcohol-free cocktails.
Laori Berry No. 06
Berry No. 06 is a fruity alcohol-free aperitif with raspberry and blackcurrant at its core, complemented by juicy mango and warm blood orange.
Bright, fresh and aromatic, it is a great option for anyone looking for an alcohol-free alternative to fruity aperitifs such as Lillet. Mix it with tonic, soda or alcohol-free sparkling wine for a refreshing spritz, or use it as a fruity base for alcohol-free cocktails.
