Dark Shed
Dark Shed is an artisanal distillery from Scharwoude in the Netherlands, where master distillers Mattijs and Kees create distinctive drinks using local botanicals and ingredients from the surrounding landscape.
Their approach started with crafting a gin specifically for the perfect Negroni and later expanded into alcohol-free drinks. The Virgin Negroni brings that same focus on flavour and balance into a ready-to-drink 0.0% cocktail.
Made with 40 herbs and 12 different bitters, it combines orange zest, hibiscus, wormwood and juniper with a pronounced bittersweet character. The drink is left unfiltered and is pasteurised without the use of preservatives, giving it its naturally hazy appearance and distinctive personality.
