Windspiel
Windspiel is a German distillery from the Vulkaneifel, founded by Sandra Wimmeler and Denis Lönnendonker. Rooted in the region and inspired by classic gin culture, Windspiel started with premium spirits made from potatoes grown in the mineral-rich volcanic soils of the Eifel.
The same focus on distillation, botanicals and distinctive flavour also shapes the alcohol-free range. Rather than relying on conventional soft-drink flavours, Windspiel uses natural aromas, botanical distillates and carefully selected ingredients to create alcohol-free bases for gin & tonic-style drinks, fruity long drinks and rum-style cocktails.
The collection ranges from juniper-led and spicy to fresh grapefruit and warm Caribbean-inspired flavours, offering versatile options for simple mixed drinks and alcohol-free cocktails.

Windspiel Alkoholfrei is an alcohol-free gin alternative with classic botanical character. Juniper is joined by fine notes of clove and allspice, while citrus brings freshness and balance.
Sugar-free and aromatic, it works especially well with tonic for an alcohol-free gin & tonic, or as a versatile base for cocktails and long drinks where a dry, botanical profile is needed.
Windspiel Alcohol-free Gin
Windspiel Pink Grapefruit is a fruity alcohol-free cocktail base combining the tart sweetness of Mediterranean pink grapefruit with Windspiel’s characteristic botanicals.
Grapefruit brings freshness and gentle bitterness, while the botanical distillates add depth and structure. Mix it with tonic for an easy grapefruit long drink, combine it with alcohol-free sparkling wine for a spritz, or use it as a fresh base for alcohol-free cocktails.
Windspiel Pink Grapefruit
Windspiel Libre is an alcohol-free rum alternative inspired by warm Caribbean flavours. Black tea, dried papaya and subtle wood notes create depth and a rounded, slightly smoky character.
Its flavour profile makes it particularly suitable for cocktails and long drinks that would traditionally use rum. Mix it with cola and lime for an alcohol-free Cuba Libre, or combine it with ginger beer for a richer, spiced serve.
