    Production
    ACALA brews organic teas in spring water before fermenting them in oak barrels, stainless-steel tanks and glass vessels. Mature fermented teas are blended with freshly brewed teas, herbs and botanicals before carbonation and further maturation in the bottle in a cool, dark cellar.
