ARENSBAK Red starts with black Shu Puerh tea from Yunnan, China. A kombucha base undergoes a second fermentation with chokeberries, blackcurrants, sour cherries and mushrooms, adding fruit and umami. Juniper berries and liquorice contribute depth and mouthfeel, while contact with oak adds tannins and structure. -
