Steinbock Riesling Zero is a dealcoholised Riesling with fresh citrus notes, balanced acidity and a lively, mineral character. Made from Riesling Kabinett and gently dealcoholised through vacuum distillation, it retains much of the aroma and freshness of the original wine.

Serve it well chilled as an aperitif or pair it with starters, sushi, Asian dishes and light fish dishes.
