    Production
    VOLÉE combines unfermented Chardonnay grape juice with verjus made from unripe grapes. Grapefruit, mountain peach, elderflower, bitter orange and Damiana add fruit, floral notes, refreshing bitterness and herbal complexity. The Chardonnay grapes come from France, while the verjus is produced from grapes grown in Rheinhessen, Germany.
