Feragaia
Feragaia is an alcohol-free spirit from Scotland, founded by Jamie and Bill with the ambition to create a drink that stands confidently on its own rather than simply imitating an existing alcoholic spirit.
Distilled in Fife at Scotland’s first working alcohol-free distillery, Feragaia draws its character from land and sea. Botanicals including lemon verbena, blackcurrant leaf, chamomile, bay leaf and Scottish sugar kelp bring freshness and herbal depth, while cayenne, ginger and other spices create a long, warming finish.
Feragaia is naturally complex and deliberately difficult to place into a traditional spirit category. While its amber colour and Scottish origin sometimes invite comparisons with whisky, it is not designed as an alcohol-free whisky alternative. Instead, it offers its own distinctive balance of citrus, herbs, earthiness and spice for sipping, mixing and cocktails.

Feragaia opens with fresh citrus notes of lemon verbena and bitter orange, followed by a complex herbal character with chamomile, bay leaf and blackcurrant leaf. Warming cayenne, ginger and chilli bring depth and a long, spicy finish.
Enjoy it simply over ice, mix it with tonic, soda or ginger ale, or use it as a versatile base for alcohol-free cocktails. Its distinctive botanical character works particularly well in refreshing long drinks and more complex cocktail-style serves.
